Our Fees
I believe in providing clear, transparent pricing for the services I offer.
Counselling Session rates are as follows:

Individuals: $150 per 50 minute session

Family $175 per 50 minute session
Extended sessions are available upon request.
I understand that you may have questions before committing. To make it easier for you to decide if we’re the right fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation call.
This no-pressure conversation is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss your current challenges, and explore how I can support you in your healing journey. During the call, you can ask any questions about the counselling process, my approach, and what to expect in our sessions.
Payment options
I strive to offer convenient payment options for your counselling sessions. I accept the following forms of payment:

Payment is due at each appointment. E-transfers must be received before the scheduled session; please contact me for e-transfer details.
A receipt will be provided for each session for your records.

Many extended health plans provide coverage for counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).
I offer direct billing with some insurance providers. If direct billing is not available for your plan, I will provide a receipt that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
Coverage varies between plans, so I recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your benefits.

Insurance Payment options
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment disrupts the therapist's schedule and denies another patient the opportunity to receive care.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to 50% of the session fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are charged the full session fee.
There is no penalty for changing an in-person session to a virtual session, even at the last minute.
