Our Fees

At Peace by Piece Wellness, we believe in providing transparent and accessible pricing for the services we offer.
Occupational Therapy session rates are as follows:

Individuals: $150 per 60 minute session. Note: sessions may take longer than 60 minutes depending on the service required.

Travel to the location is $0.63 per km.
Extended sessions are available upon request.​

Payment options
I strive to offer convenient payment options for your counselling sessions. I accept the following forms of payment:

Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

E-transfer

Cash and cheque
Payment is due at the time of service. I will provide a receipt for each session for your records.

For e-transfer, payments must be sent prior to the scheduled appointment time. We kindly ask that you contact us before your appointment to arrange the details, please email us for more details. Receipts will be provided upon payment.
Please note that full payment is required upon completing your session and prior to scheduling another session.​

I can provide you with a receipt for OT services. I am not directly affiliated with any insurance companies, but many plans do cover occupational therapy services.
Please check with your insurance provider to determine what your plan covers. If you're unsure or need assistance navigating your benefits, feel free to reach out to discuss your options.

Insurance Payment options
Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment disrupts the therapist's schedule and denies another patient the opportunity to receive care.
Sessions with less than 48-hours notice are subject to be billed at half of the session fee; sessions with less than 24-hours notice or missed appointments are charged at the full session fee.

There is no penalty for changing an in-person session to a virtual session, even at the last minute.
