Helping You Feel Seen, Understood, and Supported

Starting counselling can feel intimidating — you might not be sure what to expect, or whether it will actually help. My approach is grounded in understanding both how your mind and body respond to stress, change, and past experiences. Sessions are paced to your comfort, focusing on practical ways to feel steadier, clearer, and more capable in your day-to-day life.

How I Work

Every person I work with is unique, so there’s no one-size-fits-all method. In sessions, we might:

  • Explore what’s happening in your thoughts, emotions, and body

  • Notice patterns in how you respond to stress or triggers

  • Practice strategies that feel manageable and realistic in everyday life

I bring a trauma-informed, neurophysiology-aware lens to my work. This means paying attention to how your nervous system shows up in your feelings and reactions, and supporting you in finding ways to respond rather than react. The goal isn’t quick fixes — it’s about building skills and awareness that actually help you navigate life more smoothly.

Who I Work With

I support teens, adults, parents, and neurodivergent clients through experiences such as:

  •

Each session is guided by you — your priorities, your pace, and your needs. My role is to provide clarity, support, and a grounded presence while you explore, process, and grow.

A Bit About Me

I’ve spent years working in healthcare and counselling, with a focus on understanding how the brain and body respond to stress and trauma. This work has taught me that even small shifts — noticing tension in your body, pausing before reacting, or understanding a trigger — can create meaningful change. I’m passionate about helping clients find practical, lasting strategies that fit their life.

What Clients Can Expect

Through counselling, clients often notice:

  • Feeling more grounded and aware of their reactions

  • Greater clarity about what matters most in their life

  • Practical strategies for managing stress, anxiety, or overwhelm

  • Stronger confidence in navigating challenges

If you’re ready to start exploring what support could look like for you, I’d be happy to talk about how we might work together.
