Living with ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergent experiences brings unique perspectives — and unique challenges. Many neurodivergent people feel misunderstood, drained, or frustrated by environments built for neurotypical patterns. Counselling offers a space to explore what works for you and what doesn’t, without judgment.

Sessions focus on noticing patterns in thinking, energy, and emotional responses, and developing approaches that actually fit your style and needs. We work on managing overwhelm, organizing daily life, and finding ways to interact with the world that feel doable and authentic.

The goal is not to change who you are, but to find strategies that support your strengths and reduce unnecessary stress. Many clients notice that life feels more manageable, their decisions feel clearer, and they have more space to engage with what matters to them.
